- I am a recent Media Studies Master of Arts graduate (Spring, 2010). I have been drawn to the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, and identity, especially in regards to representations of these intersections within media, and more focused- music. I hope this blog acts as a brainstorming tool for me while I write my thesis (which I am calling my t(SHE)sis). Although ultimately it will be a masters thesis, I hope these posts exist as a life thesis- thoughts, contemplations, realizations, failures and successes in life.
